ULTREYAS
The word Ultreya means onward. In Cursillo it also refers to a gathering - medium or large - of cursillistas. People who haven't make a Cursillo are welcome to attend our Ultreyas. It is, in fact, a very good way to learn more about Cursillo.

What happens at an Ultreya? We divide into small groups for part of the time so we can share personally how our faith journey is going. We share our joys and sorrows. Sometimes there is a witness talk, followed by discussion and reflection by a spiritual director. We usually end with a prayer circle - each person can request prayers for those in need. We have Diocesan Ultreyas every other month or so and we have some regular parish and regional ultreyas.

If you would like to host a Diocesan Ultreya or would like help having your first Ultreya you can contact Rose Lowstuter at fourthday@arlingtoncursillo.org.
