Sponsor Form

Make a Friend.  Be a Friend.  Bring that Friend to Christ.

Instructions

  1. Review the Sponsor Guidelines before beginning the form below. 

  2. Your Candidate must complete their own Candidate Form in addition to you completing the Sponsor Form.

  3. Complete all sections of the form, if a section does not apply to you enter N/A.  

  4. If you are unable to complete the online form below, open the fillable application PDF.  Save or print as needed and email to laydirector@arlingtoncursillo.org. 

  5. Stay in touch with your Candidate to ensure they have completed their form and have been contacted by a member of the PreCursillo committee.

​Arlington Diocese Cursillo does not like to turn away any potential candidate due to the cost of the weekend.  If your candidate needs assistance, scholarships or payment plans are available upon a case to case basis. For assistance please email the Arlington Diocese Lay Director.​
